The portal allows customers to log in to a centralized dashboard to manage their accounts and purchase new devices and services.

Features:

  • Account Management:

    Users can view their account information, including eligibility for hardware upgrades. 

  • Device and Service Ordering:

    Users can order hardware from the portal. 

  • User Management:

    The portal allows for adding new accounts and users, including the creation of profiles with account information.

  • Reporting and Dashboards:

    The portal can display usage reports and other relevant data.

  • Travel Request Forms:

    A travel section allows customers to send request forms to support. 

  • Customer Service Transactions:

    The portal enables clients to submit various manual transaction requests, such as adding roaming packages, resetting voicemail passwords, changing SIM cards or phone numbers, suspending/cancelling devices, requesting repairs, and adding notes to mobile accounts.

Challenge:

Our client, a Bell dealer, recognized a need for a more streamlined and accessible way for customers to interact with their business. Their goal was to create a personalized, online platform that would empower customers to manage their accounts, initiate service requests, and purchase new devices without the traditional requirement of visiting a physical store location.

This custom portal was envisioned as a central hub to enhance customer convenience and operational efficiency for the dealer.

Action:

To address the challenge and deliver the desired functionality, we developed Shop.MiMobileWireless.com using our proprietary custom theme. This approach allowed us to tailor the portal precisely to the client’s specifications, ensuring a unique user experience and seamless integration of features like workflow automation and e-commerce capabilities. 

Building on our custom theme provided the flexibility and control necessary to create a robust and scalable solution for the Bell dealer.
